The Service Was good, we got Fridge to keep our food cool and Flat 50 in TV and the room walls are painted. But over all the people who work there are very nice and they make sure you feel welcomed.

Been here several times . The rooms are clean. Freshly painted on the outside and inside. I mean it's more than what you can ask for for the price. Staff is always been friendly to me.

If you’re looking for a no frills clean place to rest for a great deal this is the place to go. We were skeptical seeing reviews about bugs and such but we found no bugs. Room was clean and so were the linens. Staff was friendly. For the price you can’t beat it. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then you are going to have to fork out the couple hundred dollars more for that and if you can’t afford it then that’s on you. Don’t knock this place because you couldn’t afford 5 stars. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay here again.

With these kind of motels you usually are expecting the worst. This place is pretty good. Everything was clean. Clean sheets and clean towels. When you trying to save money that's the most important thing. Also, the room had a nice big screen in the room with a lot of different TV channels. You normally don't see that out of a motel. I would stay here again. It was pretty nice. I like the painting on the walls as well.

Newly renovated very good location. The staff is nice. Try to get your room on the inside of the hotel and not the outer parking side.It's kinda noisy on that side

Really nice rooms considering the location, probably not the best place to go for an evening walk, but as long as your at the Lincoln, you won't notice..really nice though, definitely didn't expect the rooms to look like they did, very clean, microwave, refrigerator,..I'll definitely be coming back, especially at they're prices..thanks Lincoln motel!

All the nice up grades they have done, along with refrigerator and micowave! Nice TV. Great for the price.
